REEL CHASE has begun her journey North for the start of the 2006 season and the Black Marlin Fishing Blog will soon be back too. We hope that you will join us again for the season this year.

I will also be experiencing it vicariously through the blog being tied to dry land by the chains of a new job. But the crew on board have strict instructions and high expectations to live up to! Expect us back online with regular updates from the start of the 2006 Gilbert Group Billfish Challenge in Townsville on September 1 to 6. (This time I should make it on board.)

New Design
Things looking different? Obviously I have been tinkering with the design and I also added a couple of new features. I hope you all like it. I would welcome any feedback to me via email - please let me know if the design isn't translating on your browser, if the banner photos don't load-rotate, or if you find it just too heavy to load full stop. I would love to know what you think. Closer to the re-launch we will be transferring from my mac platform to the pc aboard the boat so there may be a slight hiccup in service then. We'll see...!
